TSC Consulting Engineers (TSC) is a civil and structural engineering consultancy with expertise in the design and analysis of wind-sensitive structures particularly for communications, broadcast and radar applications. Concentrating on a particular market sector has enabled us to create a team not only with great expertise but also with a depth of resource which allows us to serve multiple clients with a comprehensive range of engineering services. Through involvement with our parent company and other manufacturers and our extensive surveying and inspection work we have developed a practical outlook to clients' problems. TSC's engineering expertise embraces not only conventional braced structures but also less frequently used forms such as tension frames and vierendeel bracing in a variety of materials including steel, aluminium and timber. Our design and analysis services principally cover: Guyed masts Lattice towers Shell structures Columns Antenna wire arrays Buildings Infrastructure To enhance our capabilities we have developed an in-house range of programs including particular applications for quasi-static and dynamic analysis of lattice, shell and cable-stayed structures. These programs are supplemented by commercial packages as required. Established in 1991, we work throughout the UK with blue-chip clients and defence organisations. We also undertake specialist inspection works around the world.
