Housedeck® is a piled raft
foundation system for varied ground
conditions. Four versions of the
system available – all meeting
NHBC and LANTAC technical
requirements.
Our versatile system means quicker
and more cost-effective completion
than more traditional methods –
there’s no trench to flood with rain
water and hold up the work; and little
or no spoil is removed from site – an
important consideration both on
environmental grounds and landfill
charges. Another innovative feature
of the system is the stainless steel
edge, which allows follow-on-trades
(such as bricklayers) to start work
immediately on a clean, safe
surface, significantly improving
overall construction time.
Housedeck currently covers
buildings up to and including three
storeys in height and, unlike pre-cast
systems, can accommodate a wide
range of variations to the foundation
footprint as it is custom designed.
