The Ashridge Business Lessons from Sport programme aims to provide participants with the knowledge, skills and behaviours to enable them to become even more effective.

This programme is proven to accelerate
performance through identifying successful behaviours, enhancing and improving them for the individual, the team and the organisation: self-development through the passion of sport with the theory of business.

Our coaching philosophy runs throughout this programme and the emphasis is on your individual learning.

The context of sporting achievement offers an exciting learning
vehicle and will enable you to create passion and motivation in yourself and others.

Two 24 hour residential modules at Ashridge and two eight hour modules at Twickenham stadium running over a three month period.

Complemented by:

- Performance in Action – an invitation to an international
sports event with the sports coaches

- Learning groups working with elite sports coaches and performers

- Two private dinners at Ashridge with guest speakers from the world of elite sport.

The programme will be complemented by the Virtual Learning Resource Centre provided at Ashridge on line.
