OBJECTIVES
The basic aim of this course is to encourage professional people to give more thought and effort to how they manage themselves, and thus improve their own time management.
PROGRAMME
Most professional people have to deal daily with a complex web of objectives and events, the result being that the lives of such professionals, without a plan and structure, can become both inefficient and ineffective. This course attempts to take a fundamental common sense approach to making the best use of "management time". The course aims to assist participants in identifying their goals, structuring their time, deciding priorities and improving control of the future. It also considers the traditional "Time Stealers" and the means by which their effect upon the working day can be controlled and reduced.
