Analysing and managing delay and disruption is the theme of the ever-popular Masterclass, to be held at the Brewers’ Hall, at the heart of the City of London, on 17th / 18th May.
Described last year as “perfectly organised” and “excellent”, the two-day event includes four completely new talks and sessions. Most revolutionary of these will be the introduction of a delay analysis debate, looking at benefits and drawbacks of different methods of analysing delay and disruption. The debate will be followed by an open forum discussion on the responses of legal processes to the methods of analysis, chaired by Barrister Andrew Burr.
Featuring 13 hours of CPD time, the Masterclass is designed to provide an intensive insight into the most effective management of delay and disruption in construction projects, and dealing with claims for delay and disruption.
This year sees the publication of the third edition of the book upon which the course is based. Delay & Disruption in Construction Contracts has been substantially re-written to reflect current thinking and recent legal developments.
