Introducing the concepts of Asset Management, asset strategies and asset planning including the associated tools and techniques for carrying out Strategic Asset Management. The course runs over a period of three days and includes extensive hands-on case study work applying the theory and tools. This Foundation Course provides an overview to the nature of Asset Management for infrastructure and property including its relevance to the management of asset projects as well as providing an understanding of alternative asset management strategies. Delegates attending this course will also receive a Foundation Course in Value Management Certificate - accredited by the Institute of Value Management (IVM)
