| This CIOB accredited BSc is intended to train students in Construction Management, complementing the practical experience gained from full-time employment. The course provides an honours degree from the University of Reading and is taught by written study material, supplemented by audio and video tapes where appropriate. It is also fully web-supported. College students have access to their own dedicated web site where they can question tutors, communicate with other students, through forums, read lecture notes, see online answers to assignments and access major property databases such as Egi, FOCUS and Freemans. In addition, there are occasional face-to-face teaching sessions in Reading or at a more local centre. The course begins in December each year and takes between four and seven years to complete.
