Quality Assurance:
We have always understood the importance of providing a high quality of service to our Clients. Because of this, our Quality System is accredited by Moody International Certification Ltd as fully complying with ISO 9001:2008. We also have an external quality consultant who assists us with our compliance to this standard and keeps us abreast of developments in the field of Quality Assurance.
The Company’s Quality Manual is read by all staff upon their starting employment with the Company, and monitoring takes place to ensure compliance with our Quality System.
Health & Safety
As a company working with the Construction Industry, Health & Safety is of paramount importance to us. We fully comply with all relevant Health & Safety legislation, and are aware of our duties under the Construction, Design & Management (CDM) Regulations both as Designers and Planning Supervisors.
We are registered with Constructionline who conduct yearly reviews of our Health & Safety practices.
We are also registered under the Link-Up Scheme for the Rail Industry, and as part of this our Rail procedures, including all Health & Safety matters, are audited annually
Information Technology
As a company, we are aware of the value of computers as a way of streamlining the routine aspects of the business. All employees are given training in the programs which they use, enhancing the speed, accuracy, flexibility and presentation of our service. This includes a multitude of powerful engineering design and office software packages; with all drawings being produced in the industry standard AutoCAD series.
Our office has its own central Data Server and Local Area Network, enabling the easy transfer of project information between members of staff, with the various offices communicating via email. Our entire computer system is protected by Anti-Virus software and Anti-Spam software and we take our responsibility towards computer security extremely seriously.
