I was told the job was Going to be £480in total for 2 job co ordinates. It turned out the wall I removed was not a supporting wall so I just received co ordinates for the chimney breast. When I received my my invoice it was still £480.
Be very clear when asking for quotes that the vat is included in the quote. As I was lead to believe it was but it actually wasn’t
Asked for a structural report which would give me enough information to get quotes from. I expected measurements etc. I was told to measure myself then they could provide the information required. I would of expected this to be done by the engineer during the visit. I have no idea where I’m
Measuring. Numerous requests for more information have come back with short replies and now ignored. I can’t move forward. I’m disappointed I’ve got 3 pages of A4 with ambiguous information. Not enough for me to get the finance required to rectify my issues.
