Transport Statements are required for smaller scale developments.   They are a simplified Transport Assessment. Our Transport Statements are  produced to meet the requirement set out in the Department for  Transport’s “Guidance on Transport Assessment” 2007.The requirement for a Transport Statement is site specific, but is necessary where the thresholds set out at Appendix B of the Guidance on Transport Assessment are exceeded.
